PYP Field Trip

Last April 2017, we prepared the field trip to SDN 3 Rasau Jaya and an orphanage, we worked together cooperatively in completing the information board and the donations that we made and gave to the school and the orphanage. We also had some activities.

When we prepared our information board, we did it cooperatively. It took us 3 days to complete the board and a poster for the school. It was fun. But while doing the board practice presentation we had some fun and some fights. But it was all worth it.

On the day of the field trip, we went to the school first to present our information to the students in SDN 3 Rasau Jaya to make them realize about their clean and safe environment which is our group's topic. In the journey to the school we at least took an hour to reach there. When we arrived, we first were given a presentation about SDN 3 Rasau Jaya then, we started to do our presentation.After doing the presentation we did our activities which are about recycling rubbish, organic rubbish and inorganic rubbish. It was very fun doing activities with the students in SDN 3 Rasau Jaya. I think after doing the presentation, next time we should be better in our confidence and voice. Before we went home, we took a photo with all the students and teachers of SDN 3 Rasau Jaya.

After we went to the school, we went to Tangoe, a restaurant that is close to Tunas Bangsa.  My friends, me and my teachers had fun eating delicious food and drinks. After we ate, we had some rest. Then, we continued our journey to the orphanage.

When we arrived at the orphanage, we first took out the donations out from the bus. Then we students introduced ourselves, sang a song with the orphans, gave the donations, and took a photo together. We also had been showed the orphanage's rooms. Then, we said goodbye to the orphans and went back to school.

In conclusion, we learned that we could help our environment by doing presentation and activities.
